By creating a paid account, users gain access to additional features:
- Personal Account ($50/year): Limited to storing up to 10 risk assessments.
- Unlimited Account ($200/year): Allows unlimited storage of risk assessments.
5.3 Registration Process
To create a paid account, users must provide:
- Email Address: For account identification and communication.
- Password: A secure password to protect account access.
- Payment Information: Details necessary to process subscription fees via Stripe.
5.4 Age Restrictions
Users must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account. By creating an account, users confirm that they meet this age requirement.
5.5 Authentication Methods
Users authenticate their accounts using their registered email address and password. Passwords are securely hashed and stored to protect user information. A password recovery process is available via the registered email address.
5.6 Account Termination
- User-Initiated Termination: Users can terminate their accounts at any time through their account settings. Upon termination, access to premium features will be revoked, and stored data may be deleted based on our Privacy Policy.
- Service-Initiated Termination: Lisia Digital Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Users will be notified via their registered email address in such cases.
6. Payment and Pricing

6.3 Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of subscribing to a paid account.
- Requesting a Refund:

- Non-Refundable Period:
- Refunds are not available after the initial 14-day period from the date of subscription.
- Conditions:
- Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Lisia Digital Limited and are subject to review. No refunds will be provided for reasons outside the 14-day eligibility period.
6.4 Billing Cycle and Renewal

- All subscriptions are billed annually upfront.
- Automatic Renewal:
- Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation:
- Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will prevent future automatic renewals but will not affect the current billing cycle.

- Pro-Rata Refunds:

Users retain full ownership of all risk assessments they create using Risk Assessment Wizard. This includes all data, content, and materials contained within these assessments. - Lisia Digital Limited Ownership:
The design, layout, and online form structure of Risk Assessment Wizard are the exclusive property of Lisia Digital Limited and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.
7.2 License Grants
- Personal Account:
Users with a Personal Account are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store up to 10 risk assessments on the platform. - Unlimited Account:
Users with an Unlimited Account are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store an unlimited number of risk assessments on the platform. - Usage Rights:
Users are permitted to use the platform solely for creating, managing, and storing their risk assessments in accordance with their chosen subscription plan. This license does not grant users any ownership rights to the platform’s design, features, or underlying technology.
7.3 Restrictions
Users may not:
- Replicate, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform’s design, layout, or functionalities.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 Third-Party Content
Risk Assessment Wizard does not utilize any third-party materials or software that require specific acknowledgments. All content provided through the platform is either created by the user or owned by Lisia Digital Limited.
8. User Obligations and Conduct
